Identification
You may be asked for valid identification at pickup. The exact check and any recorded information will be confirmed before rental.
Deposit
A deposit may apply. The amount, payment method and refund process will be confirmed before the reservation.
Safe use
The renter uses the equipment normally, safely and according to the supplied instructions, and provides suitable personal protection.
Damage or loss
Damage, incomplete return or loss may result in charges. The exact assessment and any costs will be defined in the final terms.
Return on time
Equipment must be returned at the agreed time. Contact us immediately if this is not possible.
Weekly rate
A week covers up to 7 consecutive rental days and costs the same as 5 individual days. For other periods, we automatically apply the cheapest combination of daily and weekly rates.
Delivery and return
Local delivery is an optional appointment-based service. We calculate the distance band using the fastest road route from Purmerend. Someone aged 18 or over must be present at delivery and return. Special access, parking, waiting time or a missed appointment may lead to charges, but these are discussed in advance.
Final agreement
The rate, period, contents, deposit and other terms are confirmed before each rental. An online request is not yet a reservation.
