Statutory Consumer Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance rental agreement within 14 calendar days from the date of booking confirmation without giving reasons. After an express early-start request, a proportionate payment for service actually provided may be due if the statutory information and other conditions are met. We assess this individually; dates alone do not determine a deduction. The right ends after full performance during the withdrawal period only with your prior express consent and acknowledgement of that consequence. Starting the rental alone does not end it.
